Check out an interview from the President of our company, Joe Hutchinson, over our recently completed project, The National Medal of Honor Museum.
The museum is set to open during the fall/winter of 2024 in Arlington, Texas and will serve as the only national institution dedicated to the stories, impact, and legacy of the service members who went on to become Medal of Honor recipients. With this project, Americans will gather to learn and pay tribute to our country’s bravest heroes in a state-of-the-art facility.

We are deeply engaged in our work and are always available for you. Our team consists of experienced professionals with varied and deep experience with our core markets. When it comes to civil or design-build projects, at all risk levels and work types, we have seen it, done it and done it right - safely, with high quality, on time, and without frivolous cost issues. DESIGN-BUILD
Hutchinson Construction is on the forefront of the design-build movement. Our leadership serves DBIA on regional boards, chapter president, and on several national and regional committees. CONSULTING
While our practices are primarily focused on building, we also offer our expertise in a consulting capacity. Our first value is Service and we aim to serve any need we encounter. If you have constructability concerns, site selection and incentive questions, construction legal concerns, or design concerns, please engage our team. Our expertise and network of professional partnerships can solve any problem you may have.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
In an effort to leverage our experience and extensive expertise, we also offer CMGC or CMAR program management. We know what it takes to deliver projects at an exceptional level. However, we are not always in the best position to construct a project. In some cases, our expertise is better leveraged as a program manager. How ever we can be of service, we are here for you.
DEVELOPMENT
During the development phase of a project, there are many details to run down in order to pull the deal together and develop a precise proforma. Getting it right means reliable, often times higher, returns on investment. Engage our experience to flush out the items that are often deemed unforeseen by contractors during construction. We have many partners in our network that can help bring clarity to any development concern - from incentives and location analysis to property condition assessments.
